We are available Monday to Wednesday from 9am until 4pm, Thursdays and Fridays 10am until 6pm and Saturdays from 9.30am until 2pm. WE ARE CLOSING FOR CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS 2012 FROM 23RD DECEMBER , REOPENING 4TH OF JANUARY 2013 Other things to know... - We have EFTPOS facilities in the clinic.
- We do not operate like a medical centre. We accommodate a limited number of appointments each day in order to run on time. We understand that your time is valuable, so if for some reason we are running late we will contact you to let you know.
- Our clinic is a quiet place. When visiting us, please respect the peace and privacy of others by turning off your mobile phone before you come in, and using a lowered voice.
- You are welcome to bring someone along for support, but please be aware that in most circumstances you are much better off to be in the session by yourself. The most important thing is that you are at ease, and if that means bringing a friend, this is fine - but someone else coming along "just out of interest' is not normally appropriate.
We appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so that we may offer the time to someone else. When we make an appointment for you, that appointment is a definite booking and we have put time aside for you personally. Cancellation fees may apply to last-minute changes, and we may request a deposit for your next booking. |
